15-17 months

Woah, woah, woah, how are you almost a year and a half?! Crazy, sad, and fun all rolled into one. We are just obsessed with you. Well I've definitely taken a little time off from blogging, momma got busy doin a lil side business and keeping up with you! Here's some new changes you've been goin through....

-You love love love love Daddy! He's your fave. I can't say that I've seen you upset with him. You get so excited when he gets home and you get to play with him.
-Pushing things is your choice of DIY entertainment lately. Chairs, strollers, your push toys, boxes....
-You also love picking up things and testing your strength, my little man.
-You still can't really say a whole bunch, but you definitely try, and you mimic us a lot, its very cute and we can definitely tell you were trying to say what we just did!
-You love dipping your foods... pudding, ketchup, anything you can dip, you love.
-You're trying new foods, sometimes you spit it out, sometimes it stays, but I'll take it.
-Momma used to be called the chipmunk because when I was little I used to keep food in my cheeks and chew food in the sides of my cheeks.... Well, the other day, I was trying to feed you mashed potatoes with peas (peas are a little tricky for you because it has a case around it, which you don't really eat anything with casings, but hey I was going to try!). I was feeding you and you weren't spitting out the casings so I got REALLY excited you were eating... low and behold, 10 minutes later, you take a big hunk of casings out of your cheek and plop them on the floor...mommas little boy!
-You take swim lessons. We started them in the indoor pool which you didn't really love at first, but when they moved them to the outdoor pool you fell in love. Your love for being outside, and water, just make the whole experience so fun for you.

-p.s. you LOVE water, it's ridiculous. Anytime you see any form of water, you head towards it and want to play. Splash pads, the dogs water bowl, running water in the sinks, baths, showers, pools, rivers, you name it. The other day we were in Utah and we were at  mall, fully clothed. You spotted the splash pad and once you set your sails on it, it was all over. You got your clothes wet, so I stripped you down, and we were there for at least an hour... You're cray!

 



 Aunt Madison Graduated in April and you were there to cheer her on. We have so much fun with family in Utah...

                                                   

Aunt Britney came to visit us when you were 16 mo old on Memorial Day weekend! It was soo much fun! Went to Charleston for the first time! We saw all the sites from the movie the notebook and of course, you found a splash pad...







We went to Utah for 2 weeks during the 4th of July and had a blast! We went to family reunions and stadium of fire and parades, it was so much fun.

We are so lucky to have you grey, you really do light up our world. I can't believe you're growin up so fast on us! You are just so much fun! We love you!
